How to Pay on Digi.co.ke

We’ve made it easy and secure for you to pay for your favourite gadgets and electronics on Digi.co.ke. Whether you prefer MPESA, Airtel Money, Debit/Credit Cards, or even Bank Transfers, we’ve got you covered—thanks to our trusted payment partner, PesaPal.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to complete your payment:


1. Add Products to Your Cart

  • Browse our range of electronics and click “Add to Cart” on the items you want.

  • Once you’re ready, go to your Shopping Cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”


2. Enter Your Billing Details

  • Fill in your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Delivery Address.

  • Make sure your contact details are correct so we can reach you easily.


3. Choose “PesaPal” as Your Payment Method

  • On the payment page, select PesaPal as your preferred payment option.

  • Click “Place Order”—you’ll be redirected to a secure PesaPal window to complete payment.


4. Select Your Preferred Payment Option

On the PesaPal checkout screen, choose one of the following:

MPESA

  • Choose MPESA.

  • Enter your phone number to request an STK push on your phone.

  • You will receive a prompt. Enter your MPESA Pin to complete the payment

  • Press  Send. Done!

  • You will receive an SMS from MPESA confirming your payment.

Your payment will reflect automatically within seconds.

 


Airtel Money

  • Select Airtel Money

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment using your Airtel line.


Debit/Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard)

  • Select Credit/Debit Card

  • Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV

  • Approve the transaction with your bank’s OTP (One Time Password) if prompted

Safe, encrypted, and instant.


Bank Transfer (For Large Orders or Institutions)

  • For bulk purchases, you can choose Bank Transfer

  • You’ll receive our bank details via email or SMS

  • Send your payment and share the transaction receipt with our support team for verification


5. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful:

  • You’ll be redirected back to Digi.co.ke

  • You’ll see a Thank You page with your order number

  • You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your order and payment details
