Track the Status of Your Order

Wondering where your order is or when it will arrive? We’ve made it easy for you to stay updated every step of the way.


1. Check Your Order Status Anytime

You can view the current status of your order directly from your Digi.co.ke account:

  • Click “My Account” at the top of the website (or log in here)

  • Enter your email and password to log in.

  • On the top right corner, hover over the user icon. Click the “Profile” link to go to “My account.”
  • Go to the “Orders” section.

  • You’ll see a list of all your orders, including their current status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Completed)

Each order shows:

  • Order number

  • Date placed

  • Order status

  • View button for full details


2. Email Notifications at Every Step

No need to keep checking manually—we’ll keep you in the loop.

Each time your order status changes, you’ll automatically receive an email update.
This includes changes like:

  • Order received

  • Payment confirmed

  • Item packed and ready for dispatch

  • Shipped

  • Delivered

If you don’t see the emails in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder.
